This notice documents the site’s existing ownership, authorship, and editorial practices.

KathrynInACardigan.com is independently owned, operated, researched, written, edited, and editorially controlled by its site owner.

Kathryn is not the owner, operator, publisher, or administrator of KathrynInACardigan.com and does not own or control its domain, server, publishing infrastructure, research process, written content, editorial decisions, or the publication, modification, retention, or removal of site-authored material.

Kathryn is the namesake of the website, a subject of its coverage, and an independent creator of social-media videos and other media that the site may choose to publish.

Written website content

Unless expressly identified as a direct quotation or as material originating with another identified person, all written content appearing on this website is authored by the site owner.

This includes reporting, commentary, analysis, headlines, captions, descriptions, summaries, editorial conclusions, and other written presentation.

The website does not require individual articles, sections, or paragraphs to repeat this attribution. Site authorship is the default for written content.

Historical editorial voice

The website has historically used Kathryn's name and persona as part of its editorial presentation. As a result, site-authored material may appear under headings such as “Kathryn's Take,” use first-person language, or otherwise be written from a Kathryn-centered editorial perspective.

Those presentation choices are part of the website's editorial style. They do not mean that Kathryn personally researched, wrote, dictated, edited, reviewed, approved, or supplied the written commentary appearing beneath those labels.

Unless material is expressly identified as Kathryn's own statement or independently created media, written commentary presented in Kathryn's voice should be understood as site-authored editorial content, not a quotation or personal statement attributable to Kathryn.

Kathryn-created and Kathryn-edited media

Kathryn independently creates social-media videos and other media. The site may choose to republish selected material she creates.

Where such media contains Kathryn's own spoken or written commentary, that commentary is attributable to Kathryn.

Before September 29, 2026, Kathryn edited one video concerning Dustin Roland. The video consists of an audio recording of Roland speaking to a classroom accompanied by screenshots containing allegations concerning him. Kathryn does not speak or provide commentary in the video.

The site owner independently decided to publish that material before September 29, 2026 and independently authored all accompanying website reporting, analysis, descriptions, and commentary.

Publication of media created or edited by Kathryn does not mean that Kathryn authored, approved, directed, or controlled the website's accompanying editorial content.

Source material

Before September 29, 2026, Kathryn provided the site owner with certain public documents, screenshots, recordings, and other source material relating to subjects covered by the website.

Providing source material does not establish authorship or editorial control.

The site owner independently determines what material warrants review, what additional research to conduct, what conclusions may responsibly be drawn, and whether or how resulting information is published.

The website does not automatically republish Kathryn's social-media activity. The site owner independently selects what media, if any, is appropriate for publication.

Independent publication and distribution

The site owner independently determines what content appears on KathrynInACardigan.com.

The site owner does not direct or coordinate Kathryn's independent viewing, linking, sharing, or distribution of publicly accessible website material. Kathryn's independent use of publicly accessible website content is her own activity and does not place that activity under the editorial control of the site owner.

The site owner may independently publish, modify, restrict, archive, restore, or remove website content regardless of Kathryn's preferences.
